SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Obscura Mfg  product orders can take up to a week to ship. For enclosure service orders we try to ship within two weeks. But during busy times orders can take up to four weeks. We have added an expedite option on our order form that will put your order sooner in the queue.

 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise through the shipping process unless additional shipping insurance has been purchased by the buyer. Please contact us for rates. (But if this does happen we will try our best to make things right!)

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

You have up to 7 days to report any defect or breakage in a part. Please contact me in case this occurs. If the piece is faulty or damaged from my own error, I will fix the piece at no cost to you.

If you are not happy for any reason, please contact me and I will try to make it right!

Custom orders are not returnable.
